Prices and options are not just one price fits all. You only pay for those things that you really want or need for your event.
First, our base pricing is for up to 3 hours (our Party Essentials Package). We’ve found this is the minimum time most people want for dancing. If three hours is not enough time you can add extra hours. We can also do shorter time periods if needed. Prices and options begin with the party essentials package. This package includes the basics, sound, DJ, dance floor lighting for a small event.
Additionally, you can add options to fit your event – extra hours for your cocktail and dinner. Perhaps beautiful architectural lighting (uplighting in any color you choose) would bring your vision to life. Perhaps extra dance floor lighting is appropriate for your event if it’s in a larger ballroom or large gymnasium.
Finally, consider adding a visual, video aspect by adding exciting music videos or a slideshow montage with our Video DJ and projector options.
Next, you may want to add additional speaker(s) for outside on a patio. Pricing is based on number of speakers needed. You may have other room(s) such as a bar or cocktail area or need extra sound coverage for long halls or places with high ceilings. We can help recommend the best coverage for your venue.
Prices and Options Range From Basic Essentials to all-out Party Extravaganza!
Our prices range from $695 (maybe even less with qualifying discounts) for a shorter 3-hour event to about $2500 with all the bells and whistles (you choose your options).
The best way to get an accurate idea of your needs is to fill out our contact form. Then we can let you know if your date is available first, and if so, we can work together with you on a customized quote that includes how many hours and what exciting sound, video and lighting options would be perfect for you.
After filling out the form we highly recommend coming in to meet with us for a free consultation if possible to discuss all the options and what would work best for your event.
Pricing is flexible as we can work with you to set up a payment plan with a schedule and payment that you can afford. We can divide your payments into monthly payments so you will get the entertainment package you want and not have to pay it all at once. You can also pay by credit card using our online card provider and make payments to the credit card.
If you don’t use our early-pay option (10% discount if you pay in full when you reserve your date)*, you can pay a 15% reservation fee to hold the date. Then the balance is due two weeks prior to your event date. *For early-pay discount must reserve your date at least 60 days before your event.
If paying by cash or credit card you can even pay the day of your event prior to our starting time. We do recommend not waiting until the day of your event to pay though. You will probably have enough to think about that day already!
