Our pricing is pretty simple. You only pay for those things that you really want or need for your event.
For starters, our base pricing is for 3 hours (our Party Essentials Package), which we’ve found is the minimum time most people want for dancing. If 3 hours is not enough time you can add extra hours.
Then, add options to fit your event – extra hours for your cocktail and dinner. Perhaps beautiful decor lighting (uplighting) or maybe extra dance floor lighting is appropriate for your event if it’s in a larger ballroom.
You may want to add additional speakers for outside on a patio, other room(s) such as a bar or cocktail area or extra sound coverage for long halls or places with high ceilings.
Consider adding a visual aspect by adding exciting music videos or a slideshow montage with our Video DJ and projector options.
Our prices range from $695 for a shorter 3-hour event and $995 for 5 hours. This includes all the basics for an event – DJ, sound and lighting for the dance floor.
You can add additional time and options, depending on what your needs are and the budget. We have packages ranging from $695 to $2495. The average wedding or special event is $1195. The best way to get an accurate idea of your needs is to fill out our contact form. Then we can give you a customized quote that includes the hours and options you are looking for.
After filling out the form we highly advise coming in to meet with us for a free consultation if possible to discuss all the options and what would work best for your event.
Who Doesn’t Like a Discount?
We have discounts for certain times of the year, days of the week and multiple event dates and other factors. Discounts may apply for packages bundled with multiple options. To get a better idea of what is available we recommend going over all the options to get the best package for you.
Also, a popular discount is our 10% early-pay discount. It applies when you reserve your date and pay in FULL at least 60 days ahead. Terms apply – please ask for more details if you are interested in this.
We can work with you to set up a payment plan with a schedule and payment that you can afford. We can divide your payments into monthly payments so you will get the entertainment package you want and not have to pay it all at once.
If you don’t use our early-pay option, you can pay a 15% reservation fee to hold the date. Then the balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.
If paying by cash or credit card you can even pay the day of your event prior to our starting time. We do recommend not waiting until the day of your event to pay though. You will probably have enough to think about that day!
